Whilst your contract is directly with the limousine company as detailed on your booking confirmation, the following FAQ's may answer any question you may have. If you cannot find an answer to your question please contact the limousine hire company that you have booked with directly.
Q. What is included in the hire and are there any extra charges.
A. The price quoted includes the hire as set out in the confirmation. The price quoted will show if VAT is included or not. Some limousine hire companies often include one free bottle of champagne. If this is the case then that will be confirmed at the time of booking. If it is not included it will not be mentioned.
Extras such as tolls, congestion charge, waiting, are only included if stated on the Booking Confirmation that you receive at the time of booking.
Q. Is there a cancellation charge?
A. Cancellation charges are published on the website of the limo hire company that you receive a booking confirmation from.
Q. Who is my contract with.
A. London Limousine Hire is an agency that introduces customer to limo hire companies. Your contract it with the limo hire company directly. We have checked their identities and have made sure that they publish terms and conditions. If you have a dispute or claim as a result of your hire you should direct your enquiries to the limo company you booked with. If you have contacted the limo hire company but feel that they are in breach of their duties towards you you can complain to us. We will investigate and if we find that they have operated outside our code of conduct we may take action to resolve the matter and ultimately have the power to suspend or cencel their membership.
